We will always do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered by the time stated in your email or on our website. Delivery timing is based on the volume of orders at the time.
Gift vouchers purchased online are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you buy a gift voucher from us online, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date if the voucher has not been redeemed (used) in full or in part. To cancel, you must email us within the 14-day period If your cancellation is accepted: we will cancel/disable the voucher code, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued where: the voucher has been redeemed or partially redeemed the voucher has been used to secure a booking (even if the booking date is in the future) the voucher was obtained via unauthorised payment or fraud, or we reasonably suspect fraud If a voucher is partially used and the remaining balance is more than €1, we will provide the remaining balance by one of the permitted methods (for example, refunding the balance or issuing a replacement voucher with the same expiry date as the original). This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
